LTHP and The Help the Homeless Walkathon

Since 2000, we have been honored to be one of the District of Columbia’s homeless service providers selected as a beneficiary organization of Fannie Mae's Help the Homeless Walkathon.

We would like to thank the following schools for hosting mini-walks to benefit the Latino Transitional Housing Partnership:
